Full-Time Solar Appointment Setter

Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 + OTE (Base + Commissions)
Location: Burleigh Heads, Queensland

What You’ll Do

Call qualified residential leads for solar and battery installations

Book and confirm in-home appointments for our field sales team

Follow up on reschedules and maintain accurate records in our CRM

Work closely with a supportive team to achieve weekly and monthly targets

What We’re Looking For

Strong preference for candidates with solar appointment-setting experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and trust

Proven phone-based sales or appointment-setting background

Confidence with CRM systems and sales technology

Enthusiasm for renewable energy and a professional, team-oriented approach

What We Offer

Base salary $65,000 – $90,000 + uncapped commissions (realistic OTE in this range)
