The role

Join our Confirmation Team and make sure customers arrive informed, prepared and on time. You’ll conduct high-quality confirmation calls for pre-booked appointments, build value in the solar assessment, and ensure our specialists’ calendars are filled with engaged customers.

What you’ll do

Call customers 24+ hours before their scheduled appointment to confirm details.

Use the approved script confidently, handle objections, and set clear expectations for the visit.

Rebook on first contact when needed; keep diaries accurate and efficient (including travel time guidelines).

Manage the group inbox (emails/SMS replies) and ensure bills are attached in time for the assessment.

Partner with solar specialists to maximise productive days and deliver a seamless customer experience.

What success looks like

Hitting confirmation-rate targets and qualifying customer attendance for booked appointments.

Clean, timely documentation and follow-through across calls, inbox and calendar changes.

You’ll be great at this if you have

Polished phone manner and confidence using structured call guides.

Strength in scheduling/diary management, rebooking and time-management under pressure.

Strong written skills for SMS/email follow-ups and inbox management.

CRM hygiene and attention to detail (documents/bills attached before appointments).

Experience in customer service, bookings, contact centre or field-service scheduling is beneficial.
