The Role

You’ll be on the front lines — calling, qualifying, and booking appointments for our sales team. You’ll work with warm and cold leads, use proven scripts, and be trained by top performers in the industry.

This is not a “clock in and clock out” role — it’s for someone who wants to win.

You’ll Be Doing:

Making outbound & follow-up calls to leads daily

Qualifying prospects and booking 15–20 appointments per week

Hitting KPIs and smashing your conversion goals

Managing your pipeline in CRM tools

Working closely with sales leaders to improve performance

You’ll Need:

1+ year experience in appointment setting, B2B sales, or call centre work

Confident communicator — you know how to control a conversation

Resilient, self-motivated, and hungry to hit targets

Strong time management & ability to work remotely with discipline

Comfortable using Zoom and CRM tools
