Ganaji Contracting is a proudly Indigenous-owned and operated electrical contracting company specialising in electrical installations, inspections, and maintenance across the oil & gas sectors throughout regional Western Australia.
We’re more than just a company – we’re a tight-knit team built on respect, reliability, and excellence. As we continue to grow and deliver high-quality work on major projects across WA, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Admin Support superstar to join our Osborne Park office.
About the Role:
This part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week) is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This position begins as an estimated 6 month fixed-term role linked to our newest contract, with plenty of opportunity to continue as future projects roll in.
Whether you’re a seasoned administrator or returning to work and looking for flexibility, this is a great opportunity to be part of a friendly, supportive team that values your contribution.
Your Typical Day Could Include:
Managing onboarding for new starters
Uploading documents into Client systems
Maintaining employee records
Coordinating flights, accommodation, and transport for site crews
Booking and tracking employee training and inductions
Assisting with recruitment for new and upcoming projects
Assisting with roster management and weekly timesheet processing
Preparing and maintaining documents
General administrative support and ad hoc tasks to keep the office running smoothly
About You:
You’re proactive, reliable, and love getting things done efficiently. You’re someone who thrives on being organised, can juggle multiple tasks with ease, and enjoys working in a collaborative team.
You’ll also bring:
Previous experience in an administration/onboarding role
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Great communication and people skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using timesheet or workforce management software
Logistics or mobilisation experience (advantageous but not essential)
