JGROUP Electrical is a Perth-based electrical services company dedicated to lifting the perception of trades by delivering outstanding client-focused and professional service. We are expanding and looking for an organised and creative Marketing & Administration Assistant to join our friendly team.

About the Role

This is a part time afternoon position (20 hours per week) working Monday to Friday. You’ll provide vital office and operational support while helping to grow our brand through social media and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities include:

General administration such as emails, phone calls, scheduling and data entry

Assisting with quoting, invoicing and job management (training provided)

Creating and posting content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Updating website content and preparing marketing materials

Supporting workflow processes and assisting the Office Manager and Managing Director with ad-hoc tasks

Assist with the management of supplier bills, invoices and basic bookkeeping using Xero (training provided)

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Positive, professional and highly organised

Confident with Microsoft Office/Google Suite (Canva / graphic design or social media experience a bonus)

An excellent communicator with strong attention to detail

Able to prioritise tasks and work independently

Interested in marketing, social media or small-business growth
