About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Administration Support Officer to join our busy construction team. This role is ideal for someone highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Entering and processing supplier invoices with accuracy
· Issuing purchase orders and verifying pricing against quotes and supplier agreements
· Assisting with procurement of materials and supplies as required
· Coordinating and sending Aboriginal flags to WA Police
· Generating and issuing client invoices
· Managing incoming and outgoing mail
· Conducting stocktakes for PPE and arranging orders as required
· Completing credit applications with suppliers and maintaining account records
· General administration duties
About You
· Previous administration experience (construction or related industry desirable)
· Xero and Simpro knowledge are desirable
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
