Seeking a skilled Admin Officer for our Bayswater team!
As an Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering administrative support across the business.
As a member of our admin team, you will provide exceptional customer service, respond to queries, and maintain the overall office. Where required you will also assist with invoicing and accounts payable.
This is a full time opportunity, with the possibility of part time for the right candidate.

We’re looking for someone to join our team as soon as possible. Part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression
Answer, screen, and redirect calls, and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and correspondence
Support accounts processes, including assisting with invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
Coordinate diaries, meetings, and meeting rooms to keep the office running efficiently
Manage incoming mail, deliveries, office supplies, and stationery to maintain a well-organised workspace
Maintain a clean, secure, and safe office environment, following workplace health and safety protocols
Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team
What we are looking for:
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service, sales or relevant role.
Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members.
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
Problem solving abilities, to identity issues and take proactive steps to resolve them.
Ability to work collaboratively, as well as independently.
Qualifications/Clearances:
Business and administration certificate (desirable)
National Police Clearance
