🕒 Position Details:

Part-Time – 25-28 hours per week

Flexible Hours to suit your lifestyle

Location: Port Hedland

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service

Prepare and manage quotes

Provide relief reception support

Develop and maintain system procedures

Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

🖥️ Skills & Experience Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Strong general computer literacy

Previous experience in AroFlo operating system is an advantage

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Previous experience in administration or customer service preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Australian work rights are required for this position
