Our clients are a leading commercial financial broker located close to Perth CBD and due to growth and high success the directors are now looking to add to their already successful team with the addition of a full - time operations lending assistant.
The company employs 20 staff and several directors offering financial services within commercial lending across Australia and overseas.

The Vacancy:

Prepare client Annual Review reports

Adviser Support

Preparation of client compliance documents

Data entry for clients.

Ensure compliance obligations are to a high standard

Address client queries.

Preparation of finance documents

Settlement of finance transactions

Ongoing administration of transactions

Other general administrative duties

You will work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for coordinating settlements and preparing finance documentation

Accurate Data Entry skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently

Professional presentation

Ideally some experience in a similar role within financial services or banking but not essential as training will be provided for the successful candidate if required

In return:

Salary of between $70,000 to $80,000 + Super

Full-time hours

Some flexi hours if required
