The Business: Perth Materials Blowing is the leading provider of blower truck services in WA. We have the most capable material installation technology in Perth, with our blower and slinger trucks revolutionising the way that landscapers complete their work. Formed in 2018, PMB has quickly grown into a recognised and respected name in the landscaping, maintenance, local government, and civil construction sectors.

About the role - We're looking for someone to join our existing team, assisting with the completion of soil, mulch, and sand installation projects in a full-time capacity.

Working under the direction of our Team Leaders , we are looking for someone who will enthusiastically roll up their sleeves to help get the job done.

As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Assisting with pipe set-up and packing-away

Using the blower truck to install materials

Assisting with clean-up activities

Engaging with the OHS requirements of every project

Working in a safe, consistent, and positive manner

The ideal candidate will have an awesome attitude and be ready to step up. We're happy to invest in our people and are ready to put the right candidate through multiple training programs over time.

Please be aware: This is a physical job, requiring you to complete manual-handling tasks for the majority of each workday.

Skills and experience

The following skills and experiences are required:

Construction Safety Induction Card (White Card)

Police certificate

Experience working in the construction or landscaping industries

Drivers licence (manual is preferred) and reliable personal transport

Positive 'can-do' attitude

Willing and able to complete manual tasks

Outcome orientated

Preferred but not compulsory:

Experience operating machinery (i.e. loaders, excavators etc)
