The Company

You'll be working for a cracking business who have a massive footprint in Australia's Mechanical Service & Maintenance market. They're excellent at finding the balance between working hard and not burning out their staff.

The Role

You'll have full P&L responsibility of and own two HVAC service accounts valued at $9 million per annum. You won't be on your own - there's a service manager to help look after the day to day operations, an estimator to pump out quotes and three service supervisors to look after the techs and subcontractors delivering the work. These roles are strategic and management focused - you'll have the opportunity to implement improvements and initiatives, streamline processes, and look at the overall picture to maximise revenue and profitability.

The Person

You'll ideally come from the trade, and have experience in looking after larger service & maintenance contracts. It's important that you're a people person, and have a strong understanding of the financial drivers of a service business - Keeping the client happy and spending money.
