They are currently scaling up operations in Sydney, having recently picked up multiple commercial fit-out projects. These projects involve coordinating fit-out works for large commercial spaces, integrating HVAC ducting, ventilation, air conditioning units, commissioning, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.

They are seeking an experienced Site Manager who will oversee delivery of these fit-out and refurbishment projects. Key responsibilities will include supervising subcontractors, managing on-site schedule and quality, ensuring compliance with OHS/EHS requirements, coordinating with engineering/design teams, client reporting, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What your day looks like:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring HVAC installations are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth project delivery.
• Manage and supervise site teams, providing clear direction and resolving on-site challenges as they arise.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards and project documentation.
• Report on site performance, progress, and issues to senior management while maintaining strong client relationships.

About you:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Site Manager (or Senior Supervisor) delivering commercial fit-out projects from start to completion.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and commissioning within commercial environments.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Solid understanding of site safety, compliance, and quality assurance standards in the building services sector.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
