CGC are looking for an exceptional HVAC Site Manager to work with one of Australia's top Mechanical contractors.

You’ll be managing projects such as:

• New build schools (government & private)
• Office fit-outs and commercial spaces
• Healthcare and specialist facilities
• Mixed-use developments

Your Role:

• Take full ownership of day-to-day site management and operations
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site trades and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification
• Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and documentation
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
• Provide hands-on support when needed, balancing leadership with practical site experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in HVAC or mechanical services projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep complex projects on track
• Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and quality standards in commercial construction
• Hands-on experience and the ability to lead by example
