With a diverse client portfolio, this Travel Management Company is looking for an experienced leader who has a proven track record in achieving results.

With a focus on Client implementation, retention and growth, you will utilise your strong client relationship and leadership skills to enhance the client experience whilst driving revenue.

This includes elevating client engagement, training and developing corporate account managers, enhancing systems and processes, cost controls, strengthening supplier relationships to achieve best outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Previous Head of Account Management experience with a Corporate Travel Management Company

Strong relationship management skills

Proven ability in retaining and growing accounts

Excellent understanding of the corporate travel environment

Exceptional leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Targets and service standards driven

Honesty, integrity and excellent work ethic
