We're on the lookout for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to take the reins of a well-established and highly respected commercial HVAC business servicing clients across Sydney.

This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee a dedicated team of technicians, account managers, and admin staff—driving service delivery standards, supporting client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the business through your technical and commercial acumen.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and support a team of field technicians, account managers, and administrative staff
• Act as the go-to technical support contact for the team and key clients
• Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction
• Assist with quoting, tender submissions, and solution design for new and existing projects
• Work closely with senior management to improve operational performance and drive team culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior HVAC service or operations role
• Air Conditioning & Refrigeration TAFE Cert 3
• Strong technical understanding of commercial HVAC systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A hands-on approach and willingness to be involved in both technical and commercial activities
• Experience managing staff and coordinating service delivery
