About the Role

We are seeking a highly responsible and proactive Sales & Admin Assistant to join our senior business support team. You will directly assist the General Manager in advancing international sales operations, managing client accounts, coordinating supply chains, and tracking key projects. This role offers you the opportunity to gain frontline market exposure and broaden your professional horizons.

What We're Looking For

· Two years of experience in export sales, customer service or international trading industries

· A Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Marketing, or Business Management-related degrees will be considered with priority

· Familiarity with the complete international trade process

· Fluent in both English and Mandarin, capable of independent international communication

· Strong logical thinking, organizational skills, and execution capability

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and other common office software

· Experiences with international exhibitions, client visits, or supply chain coordination are preferred

· Australian work rights are required for this position

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the export order process including quotations, contracts, shipments, and after-sales service

· Assist the General Manager with client meetings, video conferences, and daily business communications

· Liaise with suppliers regarding product details, lead times, and sample coordination

· Prepare and translate business documents, emails, and meeting minutes in both English and Mandarin

· Monitor and analyze sales data to support business decision-making

· Maintain client relationships and assist with key project implementation

· Provide on-site client support across various Australian states as needed

· Organize the General Manager's schedule, travel, and meeting arrangements
