Job Title: Admin & Sales Support – Casual (Approx 25-30 hrs/week)
Location: Billinudgel 2483
We’re AZTECA Margarita – a small, fast-growing bottled margarita & events company based in Billinudgel. We’re looking for a sales savvy, organised, proactive, autonomous but team oriented Admin & Sales Support person to join our Billinudgel head office team on a casual, ongoing basis (around 25-30 hours across 4–5 days per week, (M-F, occasional weekends where agreed / some flexibility for the right candidate)
This role is all about keeping our operations humming behind the scenes - sales, logistics, and whatever the team needs. You’ll work closely with everyone & contribute to the success of all parts of the business – the owners, production crew, marketing and sales/events.
What you’ll be doing:
Inbox management and day-to-day admin, including customer support & invoicing
Processing B2B and e-commerce orders, picking & packing orders
Booking freight and couriers, managing supplier orders, tracking orders
Handling insurance claims for lost/damaged parcels
Tracking sales leads, preparing reports and keeping CRM/order history updated
Managing the organisational calendar
Being a friendly point person for foot traffic that comes through the warehouse
Helping with tastings, activations and trade shows when needed
Managing follow-ups, calendars and project deadlines to keep the sales pipeline moving
What we’re looking for:
Experience in beverage sales (ideally alcohol) or other FMCG - in an admin or sales role
Familiarity with platforms like Starshippit, Shopify, Amazon, ALM, ILG, Paramount, Endeavour, Motus, Klaviyo (list which ones youre familiar with, if any)
Strong organisational and follow-up skills – you’re the kind of person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks
Strong relationship management skills and strategies to drive customer retention and sales
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, growing business – some exposure to warehouse operations, events, marketing or business development is welcomed
