The opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Admin Assistant to join our head office team in Oatley NSW. This full-time permanent position is an opportunity to work for a great company in a great team environment.

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Great time-management skills

2 years of customer service experience in a similar role

Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Great team player

Proficient computer skills

Excellent phone manner

Experience using CRM software would be valued

Main Responsibilities & Duties: (Detailed job description available)

Maintain and build customer relationships by answering queries via phone and email

Process customer orders and offer reasonable alternatives as needed

Send supplier purchase orders as required

Issue customer invoices

Manage open sales orders and communicate ETAs to customers

Provide pricing and quotes to enquiring customers via phone and email

Complete quote follow-ups looking to convert sales

Identify decision makers on large project where RBA is either spec’d or has an opportunity. This can include Builders, Plumbers, Consultants, Merchants and similar

Communicating leads to sales reps in appropriate states

Process field complaints and assist with troubleshooting and warranty enquiries

Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss current projects and opportunities

Perform tasks and adhoc duties as requested by Directors & Managers from time to time
