The opportunity (internal-first sales)
Love helping customers on the phone and nailing the details? This role will consist of taking inbound calls, entering sales orders with accuracy, and supporting customers and our on-road reps. As your confidence grows, you'll progress to some proactive outbound calls (mainly warm follow-ups; occasional cold calls later once confident). You'll also complete a short hands-on learning in the warehouse to learn products, processes, and how we deliver on our brand promise. No experience required but it is preferred. If you have no experience, be willing to learn, grow and we will get you places!
What you'll do
Answer inbound calls and enter sales orders quickly and accurately
Manage inbox enquiries; send order confirmations, ETAs and PODs
Build quotes; follow up (phone/email/SMS) to keep jobs moving
Update CRM notes, pipelines, and next actions—no loose ends
Support on-road sales with product info, samples and data sheets
Warehouse onboarding (short stint): pick/pack shadowing, returns flow, QA basics, and product ID so you can advise customers confidently
Over time: outbound call-backs on open quotes, lapsed buyers, and site follow-ups; occasional cold call once you're ready

Have a warm, professional phone manner and love solving customer problems
Type fast, spot errors, and enjoy data entry accuracy (orders, SKUs, quantities)
Are organised, self-starting and reliable with solid MS Office skills and familiar with CRM entry.
Are willing to learn CRM systems as full training will be provided
Are practically minded—curious about how products are used on site
Bring energy, persistence and a team-first mindset
