Program Manager - EMR Implementation
Location: Remote + 1 day p/w Shepparton
Contract: 2 year fixed-term contract

We're working with a regional health organisation embarking on one of their most significant digital transformations - the implementation of a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system across multiple health services.

As Program Manager, you'll take the lead on this large-scale EMR program, overseeing planning, vendor management, governance, budgets and stakeholder engagement across several public health services. This is a strategic, delivery-focused role - ideal for someone who can blend hands-on program control with strong leadership and communication across executive and clinical teams.

What you'll be doing:

Leading end-to-end delivery of the EMR program across multiple health services

Managing program governance, change management and benefits realisation

Partnering with vendors, technical teams and clinical stakeholders

Overseeing budgets $30 million+, risk, and program reporting

Building and leading a high-performing digital health team

What you'll bring:

15+ years managing complex, high-risk digital programs (ideally in health)

Strong experience with PRINCE2, MSP or similar frameworks

Proven leadership in large, multi-stakeholder environments

Experience in digital health, EMR, or large ICT transformations

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
