Your Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Programming
  • Budget Management
  • Subcontractor and Supplier Negotiation
  • Team Leadership
  • Contract Management
  • Risk Management
  • Contractor Communications
  • Site Team Management
  • Progress Reporting
  • Client Relations

Experience/Qualifications:

  • A track record in successful project delivery of commercial construction projects in Australia is essential
  • Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill – this company owes it success to repeat business and nurturing relationships
  • Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills

  • A salary package in the $180k-$220k range DOE with all tools of trade for a PM supplied
