The Role

We’re hiring a Development Manager with a proven track record leading large-scale corporate software initiatives across retail, fuel, or payment domains. This role demands architectural rigor, diagnostic foresight, and hands-on leadership in delivering systems that scale, survive schema drift, and meet evolving compliance standards.

What You’ll Lead:

Enterprise-grade development of modular, traceable systems with full lifecycle ownership—from onboarding flows to audit logging

Strategic delivery of Conexxus-compliant solutions, including POS integrations, XML deserialization, and diagnostic wrappers

Cross-functional collaboration across corporate teams to ensure resolution-aware UI logic, defensive coding, and future-proof maintainability

Mentorship of technical leads, fostering a culture of transparency, modularity, and onboarding clarity

What You Bring:

8+ years of C#/.NET experience, including leadership of enterprise-scale deployments with complex integration points and compliance requirements

Hands-on delivery of Conexxus-aligned systems, including POSLog, Loyalty, and Site Systems specifications

Expertise in schema-agnostic XML parsing, audit hooks, and silent failure detection across distributed environments

Deep understanding of WinDev quirks, UI scaling, and resolution-aware control layout in production systems
