DWS are looking for multiple Project Managers with existing Baseline / NV1 AGSVA clearance and Application Upgrade or DevSecOps Platform Engineering experience to join DWS, working on client site, as the project lead.

You will play a pivotal role as the Project Manager of an enterprise-wide transformation, with a focus on implementing application upgrades & refactoring, or DevSecOps platform engineering - relating to critical energy infrastructure & regulatory oversight. You will have overall responsibility of the project, liaising with C-suite stakeholders and project sponsors, defining delivery needs & setting policy controls.

Type: 12+ Months, Max Term
Salary: Up to $200,000 including Superannuation, depending on experience
Location: Melbourne CBD
Workstyle: Hybrid, 4 Days p/w onsite


Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship and current Baseline or NV1 security clearance

The successful candidate will demonstrate.

• Core experience in IT Project Management with a track record of successful delivery in a complex technology landscape
• Experience gained in either application upgrades & refactoring or DevSecOps platform engineering experience - relating to critical Energy infrastructure
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or other industry recognised training or qualifications
• Additional experience as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master is highly desirable
• Worked in Agile project environments, ideally with a SAFe certification or similar
• Ability to multitask and work on several projects at once
• Exceptional C-level stakeholder management and vendor management skills
