What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for our core pillars: onboarding, engagement, churn reduction, and win-back.
• Lead a team, setting goals and ensuring they're hitting their targets.
• Partner with Product Marketing to drive uptake of new features and programs.
• Run and analyse customer promotions, ensuring a strong ROI.
• Build and execute a rigorous A/B testing roadmap to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
• Deeply understand our customers across all regions to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Influence cross-functional teams to ensure our lifecycle initiatives are delivered seamlessly.
