The Opportunity

• A highly respected company with a history approaching 20 years who work on new build, refurbishment and fitout projects in the industrial and retail arena
• Newly awarded $20m greenfield site in Melbourne’s SE – 3 storey self storage facility
• Project commencing onsite after Cup Weekend they can start someone earlier if available

Your Responsibilities

• Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
• Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
• Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
• Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site

Experience/Qualifications:

• A stable track record in supervision of commercial building projects with new build experience imperative
• Certificate III or IV in OHS
• An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
• Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
