This is an exciting opportunity to be the lead of a newly formed civil section, joining our dynamic team in our office located in Subiaco. This is a full-time role where you will be reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for driving project delivery from design through to execution, ensuring works are completed to the clients specifications and AS/NZ standards.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

Managing projects from scope, budget and deliverables.

Managing the civil design + drafting team

Ensure the project deliverables meet the clients needs, budget requirements, contractual obligations and AS/NZ standards.

Monitor progress and perform reviews and technical expertise.

Prepare Civil design calculations to relevant standards and specifications.

Prepare sketches and scopes for works.

Attend stakeholder meetings.

Collaborate with clients, team members and other key stakeholders to produce efficient and practical work packages.

The skills sets that we are looking for are:

At least 10 years experience in civil engineering within Western Australia.

Previous experience in both the mining + building sectors.

Proven experience certifying Civil works.

Experience in relevant design + drafting software.

Experience with current Australian Standards

Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects.

Great communication skills, verbally and written.
