We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Traffic or Civil Engineer to join our growing Traffic Engineering team.

Whether you’re fresh out of university or have some work experience under your belt, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience in traffic impact assessments, transport planning, road safety, traffic modelling, and infrastructure design.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting in the preparation of traffic impact assessments and transport studies

Conducting traffic and parking surveys and analysing data

Supporting senior engineers with design input and project documentation

Learning and applying traffic modelling software such as SIDRA or LinSig

Working collaboratively with clients, planners, local government, and other disciplines

What we’re looking for:

A degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus or interest in traffic or transport engineering

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

A team player who’s eager to learn, contribute and grow

A valid Australian driver’s licence

Some experience (internship or project work) in traffic or civil engineering is desirable but not essential
