What You’ll Do

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you’ll lead the full project lifecycle from concept to delivery, combining deep technical expertise with commercial acumen and leadership.

Project Leadership

Lead and deliver civil engineering projects across land development, commercial, and industrial sectors

Plan, schedule, and manage your workload to meet deadlines and budgets

Oversee approvals, variations, and authority liaison, ensuring compliance at every stage

Represent Peritas confidently in client, council, and contractor meetings

Technical Excellence

Prepare and review detailed designs, drawings, and documentation across stormwater, earthworks, roadworks, and utilities

Solve complex engineering challenges with innovative and practical solutions

Maintain sharp technical insight into emerging standards, software, and best practices

Commercial Oversight

Develop and manage project budgets, forecasting, and resourcing

Monitor project profitability and ensure accurate invoicing and reporting

Deliver work that’s technically strong and commercially sound

Client and Partner Relationships

Build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and councils

Provide expert advice that adds real value and fosters long term partnerships

Communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and represent Peritas’ commitment to excellence

Strong technical capability across drainage, roadworks, earthworks, and water and sewer design

Skilled in project management, budgeting, and client liaison
