You will guide small to medium projects, conduct technical assessments, and contribute to the development of codes, standards, and best practices. Your expertise will support everything from underground cable routes and civil engineering assurance to drainage systems and access ways. With a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration, operational continuity, and safety culture, you’ll help shape the future of rail engineering—ensuring every asset is ready for handover and built to last.
About You!

Leadership and stakeholder engagement: Strong leadership and people-management skills with a track record of guiding teams to deliver outcomes; excellent interpersonal, negotiation and facilitation skills; proven ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
Analysis, communication and delivery: Well-developed conceptual, analytical and organisational skills; ability to analyse complex technical and operational problems, produce concise technical reports, and meet targets and timelines through effective teamwork and delegation.
