Why this role exists

Marketplace volume is scaling fast. Every sale needs a smooth hand-off from sold → delivered. You’ll execute our established operations playbook and continuously improve it, coordinating movements end-to-end and keeping all parties informed.

What you’ll do

Manage listings so they meet internal benchmarks that build buyer confidence.

Coordinate movements from booking to delivery and receipt confirmation.

Keep vendors and buyers updated with clear, proactive communication.

Maintain accurate records in our platform (costs, statuses, documents, exceptions).

Spot risks early, escalate decisively, and close the loop on issues.

Suggest incremental improvements to processes, templates, checklists and touchpoints.

What success looks like (high-level)

Sellers achieve strong results thanks to complete, accurate listings.

Buyers bid with confidence and receive vehicles as described.

Customers enjoy dealing with you—you’re responsive and reliable.

Logistics run on time, with minimal avoidable issues and clean documentation.

Experience we value

2–5 years in dealership operations, fleet, freight/transport, automotive logistics or similar roles.

Comfortable reconciling documentation and vendor invoices; basic AP/AR hygiene.

Full Australian work rights and a current driver’s licence.
