About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Support Officer to join our operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day client servicing, documentation management, and compliance support within a financial services environment.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring a seamless client experience, supporting compliance and KYC processes, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain efficient and accurate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Support
Serve as the primary contact for client enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt, clear, and professional responses.
Guide clients through onboarding, investment documentation, and account setup processes.
Provide updates on application status, payments, and investment confirmations.
Maintain a positive and supportive client experience at every stage of the relationship.
Onboarding & KYC Assistance
Collect and verify client identification documents in line with AML/CTF and KYC regulations.
Ensure all client files are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards.
Work closely with the compliance and operations teams to resolve verification issues efficiently.
Operational Coordination
Process client instructions, account changes, and document submissions accurately.
Assist in preparing client communications, confirmations, and investment-related correspondence.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely client service delivery.
Data & Record Management
Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM and internal systems.
Support reporting and administrative tasks related to client activity and service metrics.
Assist with audit preparation and documentation when required.
Key Requirements
1-3 years’ experience in client service, investor relations, or administration within financial services.
Strong understanding of KYC, AML/CTF compliance and onboarding procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with investor portals or KYC software preferred).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
