We are seeking an Office Coordinator who brings professionalism, energy, and initiative to support our dynamic team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of an elite real estate business. Based at our Head Office in World Square, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our luxury brand — from client communications and administrative support to assisting with property campaigns and events.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing daily office operations and reception duties

Preparing marketing materials for property listings

Preparing listing kits for listing presentations

Launching properties online across multilabel platforms

Working with Realeaste.com and Domain

Coordinating meetings, property viewings, and marketing schedules

Supporting agents and management with day-to-day tasks as well as documentation and data entry

Working with accounts to raise invoices

Assisting at open homes and client events (occasional Saturdays required)

Maintaining a polished, welcoming, and professional office environment

About You

We’re looking for someone who is polished, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service nit only to our clients but also your team members. You are eager to learn and pick up things quickly. Tech savvy skills will help you excel at this role, so it is vital that you have them. While experience in real estate is valued, it’s not essential — we can teach skills, but not work ethic.

You will have:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Experience with Canva

Experience with social media

A high level of presentation and attention to detail

A team-oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile

Flexibility to assist at weekend open homes as needed

Mandarin language skills (preferred but not essential)

A minimum of 2 years similar experience
