About the Role
As the Office Administrator, you’ll be the welcoming face of the Sydney CBD office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing administrative support to the leadership team and staff. With a mix of reception, office coordination, and executive support, you’ll play a key role in keeping the office running efficiently while contributing to business-wide projects and events.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, contractors, and staff

Manage calendars and meeting coordination for senior leaders

Oversee office administration, including supplies, mail, and couriers

Assist with travel bookings, company events, and off-site activities

Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports

Maintain filing systems, databases, and office procedures

Support expense reconciliations and invoice processing

Contribute to process improvements to streamline administration

About You

2+ years’ administration or office support experience in a corporate environment

Professional, warm, and approachable communication style

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work independently

Experience in reception, office coordination, or executive support is highly valued
