Position Overview
The eCommerce Specialist supports the execution of online sales strategies, coordinates product listings, and enhances customer experience at every stage of the Palm Cove eCommerce operation.
Key Responsibilities
Implement Online Strategies: Execution of online sales and promotion strategies to drive traffic and conversion online.
Channel Portfolio Optimization: Optimize traffic-driving investments across DTC channel, marketplaces
Coordinates Product Listings: Coordinates product information, including descriptions, prices, and images, are accurate and appealing on Shopify
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries in collaboration with the customer service team to resolve issues, providing timely resolution and communication to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Website Maintenance: Monitor and update website content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a user-friendly design.
Web Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on performance. Generate traffic reports and conversion analysis. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize product listings and enhance user experience.
Collaborate: Work closely with SEO, SEM, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service teams, and Influencers
Research Market Trends: Stay informed about emerging eCommerce trends and consumer behaviors to propose strategies for improving online sales.
Oversee new product launches, promotional campaigns, content updates, and inventory coordination across the DTC site to directly drive sales conversion and revenue growth
Design membership programs, loyalty point systems, and stock-up incentives to increase user engagement and repeat purchase rates
Refine automated marketing flows and onsite CRM mechanisms for segmented and personalized reactivation
Build full-funnel EDM flows covering key scenarios like welcome, win-back, cart abandonment, and reorder prompts
Lead push content strategy and messaging to maintain brand tone and visual consistency across all touchpoints
Continuously improve retention strategies based on engagement metrics and customer lifecycle insights, increasing long-term member value
The successful candidate will possess:
2+ years in ecommerce, preferably in a similar vertical
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics or similar platforms desirable
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and people skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
