We’re scaling rapidly across Australia, the US, and the UK, and we’re looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Strategist to help us tell our story, grow our pipeline, and accelerate adoption.
The Role
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven digital marketer who can take our messaging, value proposition, and customer insights and turn them into an integrated marketing engine that drives awareness, engagement, leads, demos and installs.
As our Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for building and executing a high-performing marketing mix across Google, Meta, emails and LinkedIn. You’ll shape campaigns that cut through the noise, showcase the impact we have on merchants and their customers, and generate measurable results for growth.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute the digital marketing strategy across Google, Meta, emails and LinkedIn.
Develop targeted campaigns that drive brand awareness, sign-ups, and demo bookings.
Translate our value proposition and customer impact into compelling creative and messaging.
Build, test, and optimise paid campaigns, landing pages, and funnels for maximum ROI.
Leverage customer and market data to identify opportunities, refine targeting, and inform messaging.
Partner with sales and partnerships to align marketing activity with lead generation and revenue goals.
Report on performance metrics and provide clear insights and recommendations for optimisation.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience building and scaling digital marketing strategies for B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or retail tech.
Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, email and LinkedIn campaigns (end-to-end execution). Experience with HubSpot is highly regarded but not necessary.
Strong analytical skills - comfortable with data, attribution, and performance tracking.
Ability to craft compelling messaging that speaks to both merchants and the end customer.
A creative and resourceful approach - comfortable testing, iterating, and adapting quickly in a startup environment.
Experience collaborating closely with sales and partnerships teams to drive growth outcomes.
Passion for retail, fashion, and/or e-commerce innovation a plus.
