We’re an Australian health-food brand creating unbelievably unnaughty health treats — plant-based, gluten-freem refined-sugar-free & Vegan-friendly snacks that taste as good as they make you feel. We are primarily a wholesaler, with the products being stocked in major retailers and cafés nationwide. We’re now focused on expanding our direct-to-consumer (D2C) online presence.

We’re seeking a part-time Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to help us grow our online sales and community. This role is remote and flexible, approximately 6–10 hours per week across 2–3 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Klaviyo email and SMS flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back).

• Plan, schedule and send fortnightly/monthly email campaigns with strong visual and written content.

• Assist with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) setup, monitoring and optimisation via Blend AI.

• Brainstorm and brief creative content ideas for ads and social posts.

• Support updates to Shopify (banners, product listings, promotions).

• Track and report on campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, ROAS).

About You

• Min 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content creation.

• Skilled with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify.

• Confident writing on-brand copy and creating simple visuals in Canva.

• Analytical mindset — comfortable reviewing basic marketing data.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently from home.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Blend AI or other ad-automation platforms.

• SEO or blog content experience.

• Familiarity with influencer/UGC coordination.

Hours & Pay

• 6–10 hours per week, flexible schedule.

• $40–$45/hr casual employee rate depending on experience.
