The Marketing Specialist is responsible for new content on the company website and social media platforms. You will add to the amazing online product catalogue as well as create exciting new posts and promotions.

The Marketing Specialist works closely with the Director and Showroom Manager for content and direction, however must be able to works autonomously to ensure goals and targets are met.

📋ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is suitable for an experienced marketing professional to drive our retail brand, increase market share and create consistent marketing concepts. We are looking for someone with creative flair to further implement structure into the marketing of the business, utilising the already established platforms and databases. Being an independent retailer, this role involves research, planning and hands-on execution.

✅YOU WILL

Create content, promotions and campaigns to utilise directly via the various delivery system to achieve increased sales and profit opportunities

Develop and utilise existing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic organically

Identify opportunities to stimulate growth through marketing initiatives and use of SEM

Implement fresh branding and promotional content to create a strong brand image

Maintain and upkeep company website ensuring fresh imagery and consistent growth of new products and collections.

Operate Social Media Platforms and create KPI objectives to grow followers and increase engagement

Direct email marketing

✅ABOUT YOU

Previous marketing experience in a similar role

Experience in luxury goods marketing is essential

Strong advertising background with demonstrated success developing and implementing marketing strategies

Proven expertise in digital marketing and graphic design experience advantageous

Minimum 2 years previous SEO & SEM experience

Proficient in website product management software (CMS), knowledge in Shopify advantageous, including HTML, digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, and social media

Ability to create valuable content in the form of blogs and creation of quality backlinks

Excellent communication skills and time management skills

Outstanding attention to detail

Create passion and excitement around the brand and products you are marketing

Australian work rights are required for this position
