AEIOU Foundation is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive high-quality digital and content marketing across its national portfolio. This includes:

• Early childhood and therapy services
• Fundraising initiatives
• Community engagement campaigns.

You’ll play a key role in shaping community engagement through:

• Personalised communications
• Supporter stewardship
• Data-informed decision-making.

Your insights will help grow AEIOU’s service delivery and fundraising impact.

Who AEIOU Is Looking For

Are you a creative and analytical marketing professional who loves bringing ideas to life? We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects with ease, collaborates effectively with diverse stakeholders, and delivers exceptional results as part of our energetic and purpose-driven team.

Essential Criteria

• Proven experience in digital marketing and/or campaign delivery.
• Strong project management skills across multiple, concurrent campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability in communication, planning and performance measurement.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Funraisin, Raisely, Mailchimp, Salesforce, NPC or NPSP).
• A creative and analytical mindset with a focus on results.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in the not-for-profit, charity, or social impact sector.
• Understanding of donor and supporter behaviours in mass fundraising.
