The Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Advertising & E-Commerce Specialist to help grow our online presence through smart, high-performing ad campaigns and website optimisation.

This is a hands-on role managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels, with a strong focus on ROAS, conversions, and online sales growth. You’ll work closely with our internal marketing team to create engaging ad content, email campaigns, and optimise our Shopify stores.

What You’ll Do

Manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid social campaigns.

Drive campaign performance with clear tracking and reporting (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Centre, Search Console).

Oversee Klaviyo email automations and customer lifecycle marketing.

Optimise Shopify stores for conversion and UX.

Manage remarketing, SEO, and marketplace listings (eBay, Amazon, etc).

Collaborate on creative concepts for video, photo, and ad copy.

Deliver clear weekly performance reports and insights.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years’ experience in digital advertising and e-commerce.

Proven track record with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Strong analytical mindset with focus on ROAS, CPA, and performance.

Experience with Shopify, WordPress, Klaviyo, Google Tag Manager.

Understanding of SEO, remarketing, and tracking pixels.

Strong copywriting and creative content skills.

Must be based in Brisbane or surrounding areas.
