Position Title: E-Commerce & Content Coordinator
Location: Upper Coomera, QLD
Employment Type: Part-Time (3 days per week: Mon, Tue & Thu, 8:45am-2:45pm) Flexible with working days.

About the Role
We're looking for an organised, creative, and Shopify-proficient E-Commerce & Content Coordinator to join our team at Clean Like a Pro. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, social media–driven business and enjoys variety in their day.
The primary focus will be managing our Shopify store, keeping the website updated and fresh, products live, discounts and campaigns running smoothly, emails monitored, and ensuring customer orders and service are handled with care.
The secondary focus will be content creation, filming and editing TikToks and Reels on iPhone/CapCut, supporting our marketing team with creative content.
You'll also jump in occasionally to help with order packing if needed during peak times.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Shopify: product listings, cover images, sales, discount codes, affiliates
Process, amend, and troubleshoot customer orders and shipping
Manage customer service emails and reviews with excellent written communication
Film, edit, and publish engaging TikTok/Reels content using CapCut
Stay up to date with trends and bring creative content ideas to the table
Occasionally feature in content and assist with order packing during busy periods
About You
Proficient in Shopify (essential)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience with Shopify platform management and administration
Strong customer service and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive problem-solver
Intermediate video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
Minimum 1+ years experience in video editing for social media content creation
Confident behind the camera and comfortable in front of it when needed
Reliable, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Hours & Pay
Part-time: 3 days per week (Mon, Tue, Thu 8:45am-2:45pm) Flexible with working days.
Position requires 15-20 hours per week commitment
Pay: $40-$45 per/hr + super (depending on experience)
Growth: Full-time opportunity in 2026
