About the Opportunity

Join Allied Dental Innaloo, part of Perth's trusted Allied Dental family, as we embark on an exciting growth journey. We're seeking a passionate Practice Coordinator (or Practice Manager with the right skills) who wants to grow their career in a supportive, collaborative environment where you'll be genuinely valued and supported.

This is a unique opportunity to shape your role as our practice expands from 2 to 5 chairs. You'll start with hands-on involvement across all aspects of the practice, including front desk duties, and progressively take on more strategic responsibilities as we grow together.

About the Role

Schedule: Semi-flexible with required coverage Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (front desk), plus additional days for administrative/management duties

Currently, you'll divide your time between:

Front Desk & Patient Care (Thu/Fri/Sat required): Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our premium aesthetics focus

Team Leadership: Managing and supporting our small, growing team

Practice Coordination: Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth clinic flow

Growth & Development: Evolving the role alongside our practice expansion

As we grow to full 5-chair capacity, your role will naturally transition to focus more on practice management and team leadership, with flexibility in scheduling the administrative components of your role.
