About the Role

As Development Manager, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of premium residential and mixed-use projects - from acquisition and feasibility through to delivery, settlement, and handover.

You’ll work closely with an experienced leadership team, consultants, and construction partners to ensure every project exceeds expectations in quality, timing, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project feasibility, acquisitions, and financial modelling
• Manage design development, DA approvals, and consultant coordination
• Lead planning applications and liaise with authorities to achieve project milestones
• Partner with construction teams to ensure delivery aligns with the design vision
• Coordinate marketing and sales campaigns in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Manage purchaser engagement, variations, and settlements through to completion
• Maintain strong communication, reporting, and commercial oversight across all stages

About You

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in property development or project delivery
• Exposure to high-end residential and/or mixed-use projects (design-led focus highly regarded)
• Strong financial literacy and experience preparing detailed feasibility models
• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Design, or a related discipline
• Skilled in stakeholder management and confident in navigating complex approvals
• Highly organised, proactive, and passionate about creating exceptional built outcomes
