An established and fast-growing developer-builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. With a strong pipeline of projects across Brisbane and South-East QLD — including high-rise residential towers, modular housing, and mixed-use precincts — this is a standout opportunity for a delivery-focused leader ready to take on a high-impact role.

The Role:
You will manage the end-to-end delivery of one or more major projects, coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project programs, budgets, procurement, and construction sequencing

Lead weekly meetings and coordinate site teams and consultants

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Manage contract administration, progress claims, and variations

Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

About You:

5–10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction or development

Proven track record on complex, high-rise, or large-scale projects ($50m+)

Strong communication, stakeholder, and contractor management skills

Confident in managing project budgets, timelines, and reporting

Background in a builder-developer environment (advantageous)
