Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager – Multi-Discipline Projects | South Brisbane

We're a scaling builder based in South Brisbane delivering projects across industrial, commercial and multi-residential sectors – from multi-res builds up to $30m to industrial facilities up to $65m.

What you'll get stuck into

Taking full ownership of projects across industrial, commercial and multi-residential sectors, from planning to handover

Working closely with our Site Managers to develop programmes, set realistic milestones, and keep things running smoothly on the ground

Driving procurement – scoping, negotiating and locking in the right trades to deliver quality outcomes

Running the contract admin side confidently, including variations, RFIs, EOTs, claims and compliance

Keeping a sharp eye on budgets and forecasting – if you've used CHEOPS, you'll hit the ground running

Building quality into every project, from waterproofing details to façade finishes, and tackling risk early

Being the face of our business on site and with clients, creating strong, lasting relationships

Coaching and mentoring project teams, sharing your knowledge, and lifting others up along the way

What we're looking for

A proven Project Manager with 10+ years' experience across multiple sectors

Someone who's delivered mid to large scale builds – ideally industrial facilities, commercial projects and multi-residential developments

Demonstrated experience managing construction projects with values of $20M+

A leader who's approachable, collaborative and adaptable (no old-school ego here)

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge, with a solid understanding of construction methodology

Tech savvy with MS Project, with CHEOPS or JobPac experience highly regarded

Australian work rights are required for this position

A tertiary qualification in construction or engineering is preferred
