Senior Development Manager
Lead landmark residential projects – Brisbane

A leading developer with over $1bn currently under construction and several newly acquired sites is seeking a highly capable Senior Development Manager to join their close-knit team in Brisbane. With a focus on high-end residential apartment projects, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of iconic developments that will help shape the city’s skyline.

About the Role
This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end – from acquisition, feasibility, design development, and approvals, through to sales, marketing, construction, and delivery. Working within a small but high-performing team, you will be expected to drive your projects with full accountability across all facets of the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple high-end residential projects from concept through to completion.

Manage all aspects of the development lifecycle: acquisitions, feasibility, DA, design, marketing, sales, construction, and delivery.

Drive outcomes with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Maintain accountability for both the commercial performance and design quality of each project.

About You

8–10+ years’ experience in property development with proven full lifecycle project management.

Strong background in residential apartments; exposure to other asset classes advantageous.

Ability to work autonomously within a lean structure, driving projects without reliance on large support teams.

Commercially astute, design-focused, and delivery-oriented.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
