We’re looking for a highly motivated Development Manager to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end project delivery of a newly acquired project, ensuring our developments meet the highest standards of quality, commercial return, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The Opportunity

As Development Manager, you’ll lead projects from feasibility through to completion, driving outcomes across budgets, approvals, design, and delivery.

Working closely with internal teams, consultants, and joint venture partners, you’ll combine strong commercial acumen with project leadership to deliver developments that enhance value for our customers, communities, and brand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development process from feasibility to delivery, ensuring alignment with commercial, program, and quality parameters

Manage financial modelling, feasibility, and cashflow forecasting

Secure development and operational approvals, coordinating statutory requirements

Build and lead high-performing project teams, including external consultants

Liaise with architects, design teams, and sales to maintain project vision and value proposition

Proactively manage risk while identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation

Deliver projects that meet Azure’s standards of quality, profitability, and stakeholder value

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related [mandatory]

Proven experience delivering property development projects end-to-end [mandatory]

Strong knowledge of market trends, regulatory frameworks, and statutory approvals

Proficiency in programming, feasibility modelling, and cost reporting

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Commercially astute, strategically minded, and resilient under pressure
