About Us

We are a dynamic, customer-focused supplier of quality new and used auto parts, serving mechanics, panel beaters, auto electricians, used car dealers, and automotive dealerships. With a strong reputation and a growing network, including customers inside and outside the Capricorn network, we are now seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to take our business to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage new customers in the mechanical, auto electrical, collision repair, and used car sales sectors.

Manage and grow a pipeline of prospects both within and outside the Capricorn network.

Promote and sell our range of new and second-hand parts.

Visit customers on-site across Queensland (regular travel required).

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure excellent customer service and order fulfilment.

About You

Proven experience in business development or sales in the automotive parts or related industry.

Strong network of contacts in the auto repair or used car sector is highly desirable.

Confident in dealing with mechanics, panel beaters, auto electricians, and car dealers.

Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Willing to travel regularly across Queensland.

A valid driver's license is essential.
