The Project Manager will have the following:

• Minimum 10 years’ construction experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven experience managing large-scale multi-residential developments
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, with relevant technical qualifications
• QBCC Open Site Supervisor license (essential)
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to manage relationships at all levels
• Strong leadership capability in developing and managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with construction management platforms
• Decisive problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to excel under pressure while maintaining quality and team morale
