They are currently seeking a Temp Medical Practice Manager for an immediate commencement based in Richmond.

About the Role:

Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Lead and support GPs, nurses, and specialists to deliver high-quality, culturally safe primary care
• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and performance to ensure efficient service delivery
• Manage MBS billing, financial performance, and Medicare compliance to maximise revenue
• Ensure accreditation, quality improvement, and infection control standards are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive integrated, client-focused healthcare services

About You

• Experience running medical GP practices and managing medical staff (Essential)
• Ideally have experience with Cubiko and Best Practice software or similar (Desirable)
• Commitment to improving the health of vulnerable and marginalised communities
• Experience with financial management, billing systems, MBS and accreditation
• Friendly, personable demeanor with an empathetic nature

**Please note the successful candidate will need to possess or be willing to obtain copy of a National Police Clearance Check within the last 6 months and valid Working with Childrens Check**

This is a temporary medical practice manager role for a period of 2-3 months with the possibility of permanency for the right candidate. The hourly rate for this temp position ranges from $50-$54 per hour + super depending on experience.

This role has free parking available and you will be working full time hours. The successful candidate can start anytime between 8-9am and will be working 7.6 hours per day.
