Practice Manager – Multidisciplinary Medical and Mental Health Practice

Location: Croydon, VIC
Position: Part-time (with flexible work options)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our friendly and multidisciplinary team. This role is integral to the smooth and efficient running of our practice, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional patient care and strong support to our clinicians.

What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of the practice

Managing HR functions including staff scheduling, training, and performance management

Ensuring compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory requirements

Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and patient experience

Assisting with marketing, promotion, and community engagement activities

Liaising with healthcare providers, insurers, and other stakeholders to coordinate care

Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing effective solutions

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar medical or allied health practice management role

Proactive, organised, and approachable professional with strong leadership skills

Excellent understanding of medical administration, including billing, Medicare, and compliance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, staff, and stakeholders

Experience using Best Practice and Halaxy software (essential)
